News Archive “We are not only honored to have received this grant, but ASU is very proud to be working with the Morris Museum of Art on a project that will give back to the community,” said Kristin Casaletto, director of ASU’s Humanities Program. “ According to Casaletto, the two organizations will develop six educational units, each linked to a specific work of art at the museum, on the topic of Augusta’s connection to international culture and history. During this one-year initiative, Casaletto says the two organizations will host lectures and workshops to introduce the educational units to the community as well as help teachers integrate humanities studies into their curriculum. Other goals of the program include the creation of a new museum tour for students and the public, and the enhancement of the humanities resources being distributed by local educational and historical institutions.
